Secretary Hosemann meets with Navy Delegation on U.S.S. Mississippi

Jackson--Secretary Hosemann meets with Commander John McGrath of the U.S. Navy to discuss the construction of the U.S.S. Mississippi.
"Commander McGrath and the Navy are gaining a new ship with the U.S.S. Mississippi (SSN 782). What they did not realize is they are also gaining support of over 2.9 million friends in the Magnolia State," says Secretary Hosemann. "I presented a Mississippi flag flown over the State Capitol to Commander McGrath for the U.S.S. Mississippi as a symbol of our mutual bond."
